Our office will review treatment estimates and insurance co-payment estimates before treatment so you are aware of your financial responsibility. Payment and Insurance co-payments are expected at time of service. We gladly accept the following payment options: cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, as well as payments from HSA and FSA accounts.
Dental Insurances
Dental insurance is a contract between a patient and an insurance company which can be difficult to understand. We’ll help navigate the relationship between you and your insurance company throughout the treatment process so you can make the most of your insurance benefits each year. Our office accepts most dental insurance plans and will be happy to process and to submit to your insurance for you. Our office is a participating provider with the following insurance plans:

- United Concordia Elite Plan
Whether in or out of a participating network, our office will help you maximize your insurance benefit plan. We’ll review treatment estimates and copays before treatment so you can understand your financial commitment. No Insurance? No Problem!
We have many patients who do not have dental insurance coverage. Our office offers a Senior Discount as well as a Military Discount. We also offer an in-office dental savings plan, the Smile Star Plan, to make high quality dental care more convenient and affordable for you and your family. Our plan has no deductible, no waiting periods, no cosmetic or frequency limitations, and no annual maximum, basically eliminating many of the limitations placed on patients by dental insurance plans.
